Direct Dial to Mexico or Canada from within the USA
Your Canelo Mobile account allows you to dial direct to Mexico or Canada. For example, to call Mexico City in Mexico, just dial 011 + 52 + 55 then the number. Call Canada the same way as calling any US phone numbers.
Calls to the other countries requires you to follow the instructions below.

You first need to dial an access numbers, when prompted dial 011 + country code + the destination number.
For example, if you call India, dial 213-291-0202, when prompted to enter the destination number, then dial 011+91+the number in the country.

Tip: Store any of the access number above as a speed dial on your phone to make calling as easy as long pressing a number, listening to the dialing prompt then dial 011, Country Code and rest of the number.
